Representatives Gattis and Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and the members were required to vote. Representative Pruitt moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 40(CRA), thus adopting CSHB 40(CRA) am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 40(CRA)?"
